“ I booked in Firma for a special dinner with my partner and it did not disappoint. From the entrance we were greeted by the lovely front staff and as it wasn't busy, we got to choose our table. The ambience was elegant and the seats were comfortable. Service was excellent, staff knew the dishes well and could easily explain what they were, water was consistently refilled, not much wait on food, fresh set of cutlery and plates every course, and the staff never failed to check in on us. Food was excellent! Hanger Steak was amazing flavourwise and perfectly cooked to how we liked it. I especially enjoyed the Fritto Misto as I love deep fried seafood, it captured the crunchy texture on the outside but juicy and tender on the inside, and the sauce was a perfect pair. The only dish that was stilll good but was a miss for my partner's taste was the Gnocchi Carbonara as he's a big Gnocchi lover but he found the Gnocchi too big which made the texture a little mushy. It was a small miss as when we got the tiramisu, it was just heavenly that we could sit there all day and have it. Overall, great experience and worth going to! ”
